DESCRIPTION
The U74AUC1G32 is a single 2-input OR gate which provides
the function Y=A+B or Y=A B in positive logic.
This device has power-down protective circuit, preventing device
destruction when it is powered down.
FEATURES
* Operate from 0.8V to 2.7V
* Low power dissipation : ICC=10μA (Max.)
* ±8mA Output Driver : VCC=1.8V
* Ioff Supports partial-Power-Down Mode Operation
