Product Description
The RF1450 is a single-pole four-throw (SP4T) high power switch specially
designed to handle GSM power applications. Excellent linearity perfor-
mance achieved by the RF1450 makes it ideal for multimode
GSM/EDGE/W-CDMA applications. Additionally, RF1450 includes inte-
grated decoding logic, allowing just two control lines needed for switch
control. The RF1450 is packaged in a very compact 3mmx3mmx0.9mm,
16-pin, leadless QFN package.
